What is your return and exchange policy ?
We accept returns within 14 days (except during exceptional periods). They will be subject to a 10€ shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Final sale items and discounted items are NON-REFUNDABLE (exchange possible but no refund).

What are the delivery times ?
We are committed to ensuring fast international delivery.
For orders placed from France, Europe, or international locations, the delivery time is within 2 to 3 business days.
For orders from Paris or the immediate suburbs, a courier will deliver your products within a few hours.
During sale, holiday, or private sale periods, deliveries may be delayed by up to 10 days due to a high volume of orders.
